Kincaid’s has built a legacy by graciously serving their customers the same high-quality hamburger their grandfather made 70 years ago.

This family business teamed up with us to help re-establish their vision for the brand, and get their visuals language as consistent and good looking as their food. Kincaid’s has a library of past design work created by local signpainters, newspaper ad departments, “customers that can draw” and a grandson that went to design school.

Our first order of business was to find the common thread in all of their history, and use that to reinforce a timeless brand that can work well for another 70 years.

Arts and Rec’s job is to make sure the old timers feel like their favorite place to get a hamburger hasn’t changed much while newcomers want to make it their new favorite hamburger place.
